What are the dimensions of the Nova Dining Table?

The Nova dining table is designed to feel composed in everyday use and expansive when fully opened. In its closed form, this extendable table features a square footprint measuring 111.6 cm x 111.6 cm (43.9″ x 43.9″). When fully extended, the dining table reaches 264.6 cm (104.1″) in length and 111.6 cm (43.9″) in width, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests. The table maintains a consistent height of 76.7 cm (30.1″) for ergonomic comfort.

How do I clean my wood dining table?

Caring for your dining table starts with simple, regular upkeep. Wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove dust and spills. For occasional deeper cleaning, use a mild soap diluted in water, then dry the wood thoroughly to prevent moisture from settling. Avoid abrasive materials or strong chemical cleaners, as these can compromise the finish of your extendable table over time.

How do I protect my wood dining table from scratches?

Protecting your dining table is mostly about mindful habits. Use placemats or cloth runners when serving heavier dishes or setting down objects that could cause marks. Always lift plates and decorations instead of dragging them across the extendable table, as grit or rough edges can create fine scratches. Keeping the tabletop free of dust also helps, as abrasive particles can wear at the finish over time.

What size extendable dining table set do I need to buy?

Choosing the right extendable dining set depends on your space and hosting frequency. We recommend measuring your dining area and ensuring there is at least 90–120 cm (36–48") of clearance around the dining table so guests can move comfortably. For homes that entertain frequently or have larger households, an extendable table that expands to seat 10 people is the most efficient way to balance everyday living with high-capacity hosting.

Information

What is an extendable dining set?

An extendable dining set is designed to grow and contract with the rhythm of your home, offering generous seating when the house is full and a composed footprint when it’s not. Rather than dedicating space to a permanently large dining table, this set uses integrated expansion elements to adapt seamlessly. With this ensemble, the table and dual benches work together to create a flexible layout that supports everything from daily meals to large-scale celebrations.

What are the benefits of an extendable dining table set?

An extendable dining table set offers the freedom to host generously without committing your room to a massive footprint every day. It allows your dining area to remain open and visually balanced for daily life, then expand smoothly when more people gather. With a coordinated extendable dining bench setup, this set maintains a cohesive look while eliminating the need for mismatched folding chairs or last-minute seating solutions.
