  • How will I know when my delivery is scheduled?

    Our delivery partner will contact you with a tentative delivery date via email and SMS. You'll receive a link to confirm your address and select from 5 available time slots.

    Please note: Calls may come from a 1-800 number. So be careful about screening / blocking calls, as they may be from a carrier.

  • Is free shipping available?

    Yes! Yes! We offer FREE shipping on orders over $999. Best of all, all in-stock items ship within 1 business day.

  • Will I receive a reminder before delivery day?

    Yes! Our delivery partner will call you 24-48 hours before your delivery date to confirm your appointment and provide a 3-4 hour delivery window.

  • Can I reschedule my delivery date without any risking fees?

    You can reschedule up to 24 hours ahead without risking any fees.

  • What if I need to update my contact information?

    Please call our delivery partner directly to update your information ASAP.

  • I live in a gated community / HOA / rural area. Is there anything I should consider?

    Please inform our delivery partner right away about any access restrictions. Also, please keep in mind that some communities or remote areas charge delivery fees or limit access to carriers which are beyond our control.

  • Remote and Special Locations

    The following locations are subject to additional shipping fees ranging from $599 to $999, plus any applicable surcharges* and may be subject to longer delivery time:

    • Alaska, Hawaii
    • Native reserves
    • Mountainous regions
    • Army bases
    • Islands or locations requiring a ferry
    • Remote areas outside our standard delivery zone

    *Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the shipping location, at the shipper’s discretion.

    We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.

  • What if I’m not available to sign for my delivery?

    Deliveries always require a signature to be completed. However, a friend, family member, or a neighbor can sign in your stead.

  • How do I prevent any issues on delivery day?

    To avoid delivery day disappointments, please measure your space to ensure your furniture will fit. Product and box dimensions are listed on each product page. Key measurements to consider:

    • Door frame dimensions
    • Tight corners
    • Hallways and stairwell space
    • Elevator dimensions

    Important: Most of our product boxes weigh over 100 lbs. We recommend having two people available to lift, carry, and assemble your furniture.

  • What happens if I’m unavailable or reschedule on the day of delivery?

    If you're unavailable or reschedule on the day of delivery, an "attempt fee" of $150-$300 will be charged. For remote areas, additional fees may apply.

  • What's included with my delivery service?

    1. Curbside Delivery (Free/Standard Shipping)

    Your order will be delivered to the edge of your property, closest to the entrance (e.g., end of driveway).

    Curbside delivery does not include delivery to a garage, front yard, porch, backyard, underground parking, or inside a building lobby.

    2. Threshold Delivery ($49 Additional Fee)

    Includes delivery of items into the first room of your home.

    Not available in all locations.

    3. White-Glove Delivery ($99 Additional Fee)

    Includes delivery of items into the room of your choiceassembly, and removal of all packaging.

  • What if I have more questions?

  • What is Transformer Table's delivery process?

    - Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

    - When your item(s) arrive in your city, you will receive a delivery notification email. You have three business days to accept the delivery.

    - If the items must be re-warehoused, fees of $153/day per pallet will apply.

    - A local delivery agent will contact you with your delivery window.

    - Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

    - If you miss your scheduled delivery, re-delivery fees will apply.

    - Upon arrival, the delivery person will use a liftgate to lower your shipment and place it curbside.

    - Curbside delivery does not include navigating stairs or elevators.

  • Is there anything else I should know about the delivery process?

    - If you request modifications beyond curbside delivery, our warranties and liability are waived by default.

    - Orders shipped via any freight company not appointed by us immediately void our product warranty, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by third-party freight services.

    - Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, high order volumes, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected changes to your delivery schedule.
