
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page and include your order number. A team member will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RMA) number if the item is eligible. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once the RMA is approved, we will arrange for our carrier to pick up the item(s). The pickup must be scheduled within 14 days of RMA approval. A return shipping cost between 349 and 599 dollars, depending on the distance from our return center, will be deducted from the refund amount.
After the item(s) are returned, our team will inspect them to confirm they are in unused and unaltered condition and in the original packaging. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 to 7 business days.
If the products are not eligible for return, we will provide an explanation and photos showing the issue. Partial refunds may be issued if appropriate.

Store Credit
At Transformer Table, we want you to shop with confidence. While we always strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless experience, we understand that returns or adjustments may sometimes be needed. In those cases, we may issue store credit as a flexible way for you to make another purchase that better suits your needs.
Store credit is not the same as a gift card. In Canada, it is issued as a refund alternative when you return a product or when a goodwill adjustment is applied. Unlike gift cards, store credit cannot be purchased, transferred, or sold, and it is only redeemable by the original account holder on the official Transformer Table website.
All store credits at Transformer Table Canada are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, any unused balance will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated.

Store Credit Terms
Store credits may be used across multiple purchases until the balance is fully spent. Any remaining balance will retain the original expiration date assigned at the time of issue. Store credits are non-reloadable, non-transferable, and issued only in connection with returns or service adjustments
This store credit policy applies unless local laws provide you with additional rights. In those cases, local law will prevail.
Store credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency

Shipping and Other Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, brokerage fees, duties, and any applicable taxes related to returns. Transformer Table does not accept COD (cash on delivery) or collect deliveries.
All shipping and delivery fees associated with the original order, including storage and re-delivery charges, are non-refundable once services have been provided by the carrier.
