What are the dimensions of the Nova Dining Table?

The Nova dining table is designed to balance everyday use with generous seating. In its compact configuration, the extendable table measures 111.6 cm x 111.6 cm (43.9″ × 43.9″). When fully extended, it grows to 264.6 cm (104.1″) long while maintaining a width of 111.6 cm (43.9″), comfortably seating up to ten people. Across all configurations, the dining table stays at a consistent 76.7 cm (30.1″) height for an ergonomic dining experience.

How do I clean my wood dining table?

To clean your dining table, begin with light, regular care. Wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove dust and everyday spills. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap mixed with water, then promptly dry the surface thoroughly. Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals, as these can wear down the finish of your extendable table over time.

How do I protect my wood dining table from scratches?

Protecting your dining table starts with everyday habits. Use placemats and trivets under hot dishes to keep heat and moisture off the wood. When setting or clearing the extendable table, lift items instead of sliding them to avoid fine marks. Keeping the tabletop clean also helps, as grit and dust can act like abrasives over time.

What size extendable dining table set do I need to buy?

Choosing the right extendable dining set begins with your room dimensions. Measure your area and allow at least 90–120 cm (36–48") of clearance around the dining table so chairs and benches can be pulled out comfortably. If you host 8-10 people for holidays but only 2-4 people daily, an extendable table is the most efficient choice for a modern home.

Information

What is an extendable dining set?

An extendable dining set is built to flex with your guest list, expanding seating only when you need it while staying composed day to day. In the case of The Host, this means a coordinated combination of an extendable table, an extendable dining bench, and stackable chairs. For everyday meals, the dining table maintains an open, airy footprint. When it is time to host, each element comes into play, allowing the furniture to grow without disrupting the flow of the room.

What are the benefits of an extendable dining table set?

The key benefit of an extendable dining set is the ability to host generously without giving up everyday comfort. It allows your space to feel open for daily living, then scale smoothly when more guests arrive. By including an extendable dining bench, this set removes the need for mismatched chairs or temporary solutions, while the Nova stackable chairs can store discretely away.

I like the colours and the quality seem to be a good standard. I've only used the placemats and coasters as I like the natural wood look and don't want to cover it.
