How many people can the rectangular Gather Dining Table seat?

The Gather extendable farmhouse dining table seats 6 to 16 people depending on its configuration, expanding from 72" to 152" with four included 20" panels. This gives you the capacity of a large farmhouse dining table without keeping the table fully extended every day.

What are the dimensions of the rectangular Gather Extendable Dining Table?

The Gather Extendable Dining Table measures 72" long, 48" wide, and 30" high in its compact configuration. Four included 20" panels extend the table to a maximum length of 152". Its generous proportions make it a rectangular farmhouse dining table suited to both everyday dining and larger family-style gatherings.

How large is the Gather Extendable Bench?

The Gather Extendable Bench starts at 44" long and expands to 150" using five included extension panels. When fully extended, it can seat up to six people. This allows the bench seating in your extendable farmhouse dining set to grow as the table expands.

Where are the Gather Bench extension panels stored?

All five bench panels store inside the Gather Bench’s open centre compartment when they are not being used. Built-in storage keeps the extensions close to your farmhouse dining table and bench setup and makes it easier to add seating whenever needed.

Where do the rectangular Gather Dining Table panels go?

The rectangular Gather Dining Table includes four 20" extension panels. When they are not installed, all four can be stored in the Gather Sideboard, which includes dedicated table-panel storage. This keeps the extensions organized and close to your extendable dining table between larger gatherings.

How do I care for my Gather farmhouse dining set?

Wipe the dining table and bench with a soft, damp cloth, following the direction of the wood grain. Use a mild cleaner intended for wood furniture when deeper cleaning is needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, and excessive moisture. Placemats, coasters, and tablecloths can also help protect your farmhouse dining table during everyday meals and larger gatherings.

Product Description

The Gather Dining Set - Table + Bench (Rectangular) pairs an extendable farmhouse dining table with flexible bench seating inspired by traditional American farmhouse gatherings. The rectangular Gather Dining Table measures 72" long in its compact configuration and extends to 152" with four included 20" panels, creating room for 4 to 16 people.

Its matching Gather Extendable Bench grows from 44" to 150" and seats up to six people, giving this farmhouse dining table with bench flexible communal seating as your guest list changes. All five bench panels store directly inside the bench’s open centre compartment, so additional seating stays close without requiring separate storage.

A bold crossbuck trestle base gives the table its distinctive American farmhouse profile, while deep tabletop overhangs provide more open space around the seating area. Built with hybrid solid wood construction and galvanized steel telescopic rails, this extendable farmhouse dining set combines traditional character with the flexibility to move from everyday dining to larger gatherings. Choose a Belgian Oak or French Chestnut tabletop with a Patina Black or Patina White base to create one of four coordinated two-tone combinations.

This Gather farmhouse dining set includes one rectangular Gather Extendable Dining Table and one matching Gather Extendable Bench. The combination creates a coordinated farmhouse dining table with bench setup with expandable table space and shared seating for everyday meals and larger gatherings.

Why choose a farmhouse dining table with a bench?

A farmhouse dining table with a bench gives you flexible communal seating along one side of the table while maintaining an open, casual dining setup. The Gather Extendable Bench can grow from 44" to 150" and seat up to six people, allowing the seating to expand alongside the table when more guests arrive.

What style is the rectangular Gather Dining Set?

The Gather Collection draws inspiration from traditional American farmhouse furniture. Its rectangular dining table features a bold crossbuck trestle base, substantial proportions, and contrasting tabletop and base finishes. The matching extendable bench continues the same farmhouse character while adding flexible communal seating.

Can I customize the finish of the Gather Dining Set?

Yes. The Gather Collection lets you combine either a Belgian Oak or French Chestnut tabletop with a Patina Black or Patina White base. These options create four two-tone combinations, giving you more flexibility to coordinate your farmhouse dining set with the rest of your dining space.

What is the Gather Dining Set made from?

The Gather Dining Set uses hybrid solid wood construction combining solid pine, engineered wood, and pine veneer. The extension system uses galvanized steel telescopic rails designed for repeated expansion. Natural variations in grain and wood character are expected throughout the collection.
