Policy Overview
Eligible products are covered by our 30-Day Risk-Free Home Trial in Canada. From the date of delivery, customers have 30 calendar days to decide whether their purchase is right for their home. During this trial period, products may be used at home as intended, and normal wear from in-home use during the trial is acceptable. Returns requested within this 30-day period are free of return shipping charges within Canada, provided the request is submitted through our self-serve return portal with valid proof of purchase. For set purchases, all items included in the set must be returned together.
After the 30-day trial period has ended, any returns, exchanges, or other accommodations may be reviewed only at Transformer Table’s sole discretion. If approved, they may be subject to additional conditions, including return shipping fees, inspection requirements, restocking fees, or partial refund eligibility depending on the condition of the item
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked Final Sale, including samples, demos, and floor models, are not eligible for return or exchange. Products that are intentionally damaged, misused, materially altered, or damaged beyond normal in-home trial use are also not eligible for return or exchange.
30-Day Risk-Free Home Trial
At Transformer Table, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Home Trial. From the day your order is delivered, you’ll have 30 calendar days to decide if our products are right for your home—no questions asked, no hidden conditions. Items clearly marked as Final Sale the only exceptions and are not eligible for return.
If you choose to return your order, the process is free and easy. Simply initiate your request through our self-serve return portal in your customer account. Our delivery partner will contact you within 3–7 business days to schedule a convenient pickup, and all items from your set purchase must be returned at once. Normal wear from at-home use during the trial is completely acceptable.
Refunds are handled with transparency and care. Standard refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.
If your purchase was made through a financing option, please allow up to 14 additional business days after we receive your return for the refund to be finalized. Throughout the process, you’ll be able to track your request and receive updates directly through our online portal.
Store Credit
At Transformer Table, we want you to shop with confidence. While we always strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless experience, we understand that returns or adjustments may sometimes be needed. In those cases, we may issue store credit as a flexible way for you to make another purchase that better suits your needs.
Store credit is not the same as a gift card. In Canada, it is issued as a refund alternative when you return a product or when a goodwill adjustment is applied. Unlike gift cards, store credit cannot be purchased, transferred, or sold, and it is only redeemable by the original account holder on the official Transformer Table website.
All store credits at Transformer Table Canada are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, any unused balance will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated.

Store Credit Terms
Store credits may be used across multiple purchases until the balance is fully spent. Any remaining balance will retain the original expiration date assigned at the time of issue. Store credits are non-reloadable, non-transferable, and issued only in connection with returns or service adjustments
This store credit policy applies unless local laws provide you with additional rights. In those cases, local law will prevail.
Store credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency
Shipping and Other Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, brokerage fees, duties, and any applicable taxes related to returns. Transformer Table does not accept COD (cash on delivery) or collect deliveries.
All shipping and delivery fees associated with the original order, including storage and re-delivery charges, are non-refundable once services have been provided by the carrier.
