We've now assembled two of our six new chairs.
The good news: They are solid and comfortable.
The issues:
1. The finish is lighter than shown on the website, and does not match the table at all. The chairs match the lightest tone in the table, so will be OK, but don't look like a made-to-match set. (See photo)
2. The chair design is actually a bit different that what is shown on the website. The chair on the website has a back that angles back starting at seat height, while the chairs delivered to us have a line that goes straight up from the chair leg, and then angles back at the start of the upholstered back. Not a deal-breaker, but I find the line of the chair on the website a bit more stylish than what we received. (See photo)

Of the two we've assembled, one is fine, and the other one wobbles back and forth as if the legs are uneven -- we'll have to see if there are adjustments we can make. Also, we can't get the little bolt-cover plugs to stay in, so may have to resort to gluing them.
Would I buy them again? Maybe, but knowing what I know now, I might also wait and check the chair offerings at other vendors before placing my order -- I'm thinking I might have been able to either pay less or get a more exciting style/color
I'm sure these chairs will be "good enough" for us, but I don't have the purchaser satisfaction about them that I do about the…
