The quality of the product seems to be sturdy and of good material. It was fairly easy to install everything. Mainly the chairs just had a few bolts. It would have been nice if the table inserts had a place to be stored in the middle of the table vs trying to find a convenient location within the house.
Really the only major complaint we have at this point (only have had the table now for a week) is the extended delay in shipping. We ordered our set in Oct 2024. We were told we would get in Mid November before Thanksgiving. That did not happen. Then we were told by the end of the year. Again not even shown as shipped. Again we were told by the end of Feb. Still the product had not shown on the order as shipped. Finally at the end of the first week of March we got notice that the product had shipped and we would see it within a week. We were at the point that we felt like we had been scammed and there wasn't an actual product to be shipped.
The shipment company was great, better than most, communicated well, showed up on time (towards the beginning of the delivery window instead of after), and had no issues bringing the product into the room I requested.

Purchased 4 of these chairs along with the outdoor table, bench and cart. I assembled the cart, removed the table and bench from their box, but decided not to unpack the chairs because I will have to put them together. I will leave them in the box until I need them. Probably will leave them until next summer. Given the beauty of the other furniture, I'm sure the chairs will be the same.

Love the black powder coated finish and Dark Teak stain. Chairs stack nicely. Just wish cushion's were an option to purchase for the metal seats.
